Considering your schedule, taking to dinner dates, planning fancy vacations is all nonsense. It's an expensive simping technique. Same is doing household chores. It does not create attraction towards you. It's a theory propagated by feminists. It has nothing to do about getting more action. Some things have to be done and you are doing it that's all. Basically you are going on a guilt trip. It's clear that she lost attraction towards you (Intimacy wise) and is disinterested in intimacy and perhaps using children to stonewall your advances. "Let's have a talk" is all bullshit. These things never work.

Intimacy is your conjugal right. Women like Men who have an "Authority aura". Don't be a simp. First eat proper food and get back in shape. Groom yourself well.

Set proper boundaries and do not forget to follow through with it. If you don't follow through your words then you lose your value and attraction. Proper attitude should be shown in actions not just words. Tomorrow your children might also disrespect you. It will be a bigger problem. Be pleasant but not be accommodating nonsense or else you will be treated like a commode. Keep her honest. If she does good things, validate her and reward her in a good way not necessarily in an expensive way. It's sad that social media is replacing relationships.

Do not humiliate yourself or put her down with cheap talk. It will not work. Maintain frame. Remember it's not what she wants but what's she responds to will get you action. Politicians, movie stars, corporate leaders etc use this behavioral tendency to their advantage.

Most Women are jealous. If you see a attractive Woman on TV just say a passing casual comment that the Woman on TV is attractive. Don't over do it. Finally when you get down to the business give her multiple orgasms. They keep coming back for that. No money need to be spent.
