Zillow or Redfin lo zip based choodachu.. 

First thing is consider is Rental stats choodu.. listing padinaka enni days ki occupy authondo chusuko.. & some times HOAs rental restrictions peduthae or cap kuda undochu

Typical real estate investing rule.. If you invest 200k the rent should be atleast 2k

Ipudu unna paristhitullo.. If you can get atleast 2k rent on a 300k property is also good. 

Also depends on how much down payment you are willing to pay towards the investment property and run the numbers.. If you think it works out.. go ahead ba..

I prefer index funds .. house maintenance is lathkor panchayithi..average ga velthene repairs , bongu , bosanam.. dhaniki thodu jaffa tenant thagilthr matta gidise aipodame...

Hai ga REITs lo invest chesesko. Because of all remote work, most REITs are at all time lows. They started picking momentum and they will go up with Return to office trend. Most REIT's give excellent dividend.

A lot of research needed to find the right ones, but we can get out easily and as per our wish and in a day. Cant say the same about buying rental income. 

I would rather pool money with others and invest in buying a commercial property and rent out long term. 

Calling all residential rental property owners to chime in and give your opinion ..

Let’s see tomorrow what fed says. REITs are full of debt and with kind of occupancy rate currently have would banks renew their debts?
