True, but imagine renewing a million AP's every year for free. Agency will die and run out of resources quickly.....may be thy will move the dates once the fee increase proposal is in effect. It has provisions to double the filing fee for 485 and 500-600 for AP and EAD.

Dude, ITserve was the first reason why people started to see 3 year H1 B approvals nowadays. They fought a case and won against USCIS. From then on USCIS memos just became a tissue paper. 

It is not about the administration, it is using the rule of law and playing with the organizations.. anthey. 
Now they have lawyers available in Port of Entries to support H1B's coming into the country. Just imagine the power they are now... they are doing things that WITCH companies have not dared to do.

Then why IT serve not able to fight during trump administration? there were approvals for 6 months too , its the administration if they want to be ease up they will not , now a days these rahul reddy etc are fighting for some for h4 same time approval , writ of mandamus etc , in the past  the 140 ead rule was successfully killed by itserve , rahul reddy every one knows at that time witch was not involved at all thsi is during end of tenure of obama there are some videos in vomeo too  , POE degara issues avuthe i used to have BAL contact details decade ago

Dude, H1 B's started getting 3-year approvals during the Trump administration only, they won the cases during that time. Any petition after that time can quote that judgment as a reference (Should appreciate the efforts of their lawyers) 

Rahul Reddy is only fighting for his own fees, not for anyone.. remember! I don't know much about that 140 EAD rule killing and all. They might be doing some harm but they did a lot of good for my H1 B so that I didn't have to go through H1 B all the time (P.S. I had 1 hr H1 B's in Obama Administration and had 2 221 G's in the same tenure)
