Very misleading. 

See below the link from Zillow and you can see price changes. Price was $440K on 6/6 and $474k now.

School ratings - 2,5,3 for Elementary, middle and high school. 

I do not know much about this community or Texas in general but I dont think this house is worth even 300-350K.

anna, just my honest opinion! not sure if already visited those areas. it takes time to get developed like basic infrastructure etc!

Market moves as per demand/supply. During covid market moved crazily and people ignored the factors (lack of infrastructure, bad schools, remote areas far from city). Now with return to office mandates, too much of supply on market, others who bought at top getting anxious try to list. 

Now with increased supply and demand low, prices are bound to drop. And they will drop a lot in Austin. Coz it grew a lot and the growth is not proportional to opportunities.
