got it, kani mana indus valley before chala varaku science was embedded into religion ... like vedic knowledge and were quite advanced, so that kinda confuses me .. if religion was a more matured way of life understanding applied science or was it derailed totally and labelled with a face and then whole point was lost ..

yes that is true. science was embedded into religion during olden times. there were no religion people identified with land  it was trying to find a mature way to understand  and live life.

mainly problem is all not everybody understands everything so they just follow who ever is expert in it but overtime because of invasion, killings and  conversions if that understanding  didnot get passed to future generations.  whole science which worked suddenly will become bunch of beliefs and mumbo jumbo because there is no one to explain why to future generations. some become distorted and end up becoming point less.

anna vedas are not ritualistic procedures and mantras. they include everything that was discovered during that ime both outward and inward. it was knowledge source  ranging from  how to build a bullock cart to how to attain to your ultimate nature.

anduke mostly ani mention chesaa...

bullock cart kattadam, hut build cheyyadam, hunting ki vellada, agriculture cheyyadam, few deceases ki treatment cheyyadam..lanti vi ee current time lo use avvavu ani kooda cheppa...

vedas has more ritualist and mantras...

gayatri mantram is one example....indra, varuna, agni, mitra..etc devullani ela poojinchali and elnti matraalu vaadali ani ko kollalu vunnayi...

upanishads are summary of vedas....it is more useful in current days..ani kooda mention chesaa...

I dont  think there was any Eastern philosophy. they were different school of thoughts. Eastern philosophy didnot attribute everything to god. that is a wrong statement.

school of thoughts ee...socrates thoughts, plato thoughts, Aristatil thoughts nundi...recent gaa vachhin sastra existentialism varaku...anniotini...western philosophy antaruu...

alaage...chaarvakam, bouddam, jainam, ajeevakam, sankyam, yogam, vedam...etc are collectively called estern philosophies...

yes..most of the things attributed to god...for example of ISHA UPANISHAD...

"ఈశావాస్యమిదగ్గ్ సర్వం" అనే మంత్రముతో ఈ ఉపనిషత్తు ప్రారంభం అవుతుంది. అందువలన దీనికి ఈశావాస్య ఉపనిషత్తు అనే పేరు వచ్చింది.

you cannot say vedas not useful is my point. ex: agriculture wont go away enta advanced techniques vachina   fundamentals wont change. you have to sow seeds you can use technology to do a task  but fundamentals are not irrelevant. like realizing  and reaching ultimate self is not going to change.

point is if upanishads are summary of vedas how can one be useful and other be irrelevant.

how to make somarasam  (120+ sookthalu..) is not useful in current days..remaining stuff are basics like early science...but we are far superior than that now...

its old text book for older generation..if we are trying to reference the old texts in modern days...human civilization will stagnate...

why i am saying upanishads are better...is they discussed lot of philosophy specially about existence and identity..etc...

for more details....specially at 67 page...

let me know if you want details..i will post more pages...about each vedam...

The interplay between science, religion, and philosophy is fascinating, each offering unique perspectives on existence. Speaking of perspectives, have you explored Christian Walls' artwork? It beautifully captures the essence of Christian beliefs, offering a visual representation of faith. Sometimes art can bridge the gaps between these disciplines, sparking contemplation and reflection regardless of our diverse viewpoints.
