You will see an option , do not contact current emp ane, choose that.

 

A option lekundey tell HR directly not to contact current emp.

@ManchuMohanbabu They only do background check whether you worked there or not really. They have their own means and do not call your manager or someone in org. Also, do not provide any references. Mention references may be provided only on request and only after all formalities completed. When they ask for references, give your trusted friends name. 

I understand its your choice to work 2 jobs and we all do whatever to make our lives better. Do consider your health and do not add stress to your lives. I suggest you looking into upskilling and growing in the org and make same money (made in 2 jobs) with 1 job.

Do not take background check lite..Some background check companies sends an emails to previous employers and once they acknowledge they will confirm that you worked. I am scaring you but this happened for me. Every background check company have their own policies can’t predict

Background checks never trace back to your manager. Max they may verify employment with HR. That's all.

Bro I didn’t mention they will check with manager.What ever email you mention in the background check they will send an email.

Also there are 3rd part agencies that too these verification, they will not contact employer directly, all employers have a portal that they submit all their employees information , a portal nunchi match chestharu for background check.

 

Same applies to universities.

background companies ask for employer names. prime vendor kforce ki cheste I can't provide my kforce recruiter details who helped me with the onboarding and I don't want my recruiter know I;m looking for new job and I'm currently employed with kforce.

Can I give link and employer name https://www.kforce.com/contact-us/  and provide my start date apudu HR ni contact chestaru my recruiter will not know
