This year I have done okra crop its my first year in texas learned lot of things was very happy weekly producing close 1 or 2lbs of okra 

Doing watering regularly using neem oil based fertilizer and used compost from Callaways(good qaulity) garden soil prepped raised wells in the beginning April  got okra seeds raised them in small pots and after they grew small plants transferred them into raised beds

Easy ones are - all leafy veggies like Thotakoora, gangavaalikura(purslane), Gongura, Bachali. tomatoes,Chikkudu, Beerakaya, Sorakaya, round dosakay, chillies and all types of vankaya(purple,white, long etc)......

Round dosakay are easy to grow. its wine. I have shared with my all my neighbors(6-8 fmiles). Got good yield so far

Etsy, Amazon, Local farmers market, some plants share between neighbour, konni emo seeds germinate chesi samplings vachaka..plant cheyadam (Indian store bought veggies) like chikkudu, beerakaya,sorakaya,kakarakaya, Bendakaya, round dosakaya....it takes time though... have to start this prep in feb/March...

Also, check FB market place. If they have more seedlings, they will sell it.

Thnx bro some neighbors shared the seeds for curry leaves today just planted them today hoping atleast one or two will work and grow into a long tree in a year 😀  curry leaves and mint is big thing texas almost every one growing them at home

I started small with tomatoes and spinach, then added mint and gongura once I got the hang of it. Setting up drip irrigation saved a lot of time. For helping with garden setup and maintenance, I got good support from LookDeVis Services – they helped me figure out what grows best in my yard’s light and soil conditions. Made the whole thing much easier, especially during the early stages.
