correct ga cheppav baa.. 8 of my friends moved to Texas citing examples of others.. complaining about the climate in NE .. 1st Summer vellaki, already 60% of their family members got sick due to the heat.  They need to face the winter after this...

phoenix ariozona used to be good....now i feel its not worth it. Less than 3k sqft houses over 1M. extreme hot during summer. texas ki alteast state taxes vundav...ikkada aa option kuda ledu.

Last year was horrible may, June, July, mid Aug 100+ sava 10gindi. 

E year May month was petty good. June mid nundi I am guessing Aug end varaku extreme temps. 

I honestly think Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, March, Apr, May months Texas weather is good. 

Winter 45 days tappa pedda noppi telidu.
