True too many to choose from for producers/directors and heroes. 

Mostly they go for girls who bring luck (Hit Movies) or those ready to give with out noise. 

People will get used to faces and find them interesting. Rashmika, Pooja Hegde, Meenakshi, or most of the new heroines come in this category.
