I sent your email to my manager again to discuss any options and he said we are offering the very best deal right now and come the 30th we will definitely be changing our incentives not in our favor. We are currently writing several deals so the incentives we are currently offering are in-line with customers purchasing right now. Sales guy job is to make sales anna.. 10 closing cost is with the builder preffered lender untadi usually.. builder lender interest rates are always on the higher side to cover that 10k anna. Its a buyers market now. So quote what you want (of course with in reasonable limits) and let the builder know. Offer your deal and leave the place. You will get your call.
