property dispute kaadu. Builder gurinchi. I bought a villa. I wanted to pay in white. He forced me to convert money to black. I asked him multiple times that I don't feel happy. He did not care. He never came any status updates. Vadu dabbu adigina prati saari kattesa. Mottam value kattesi 2yrs paina ayyindi. Property register cheyinchukunna. Extra club charges okkate pending vundi. I am open to pay that if he hands over the villa. Quality worst. Not responding. Gattiga adigithe handover cheyyanu antunnadu. Property is registered on my name.

Also, is there a way that even though he doesn't agree, I pay the GST and registration charges to the govt and get my property re-registered ethically?

hard fact : you need to negotiate and get things done. munde cheptuuna, you will be at loss...oka 10% over the price anuko...muscle or political power use cheyakapothey ultimate loss ayedi nuvve...so initiate third party negotiations and come to an agreement. This is not how it should happen but nee NRI weakness ae vadiki pattu...

So, pogarutho maatladutunnadu ani.. gated community kaadu ani antunte, nenu club membership enduku teesukovali ani adiganu.. My intent was not to pay but reacted to his attitude. I am not an NRI. I returned home but have an NRI status.

Coming to gated community, club membership etc...ivi gaaliki vadileyade better kaka...if they are not on the original project plan submitted to the town planner, chances are good that they may not be in the community as well..vunna kuda builder kattakapothey peddaga chesedi emi ledu time waste thappa...

Coming to Lawyer's...Ae area la aithe ie project vundo valla local lawyers are better informed than non local lawyers...reputation antava...andaru okate. At least local lawyer aithe vadu edo negotiate cheyadaniki aina chustadu...

Ego problems ki ellaku kaka..nee faida chusuko...from what you said, builder wants to extract more money from you. if thats the case, at least let the builder make his intention clear and if it is in your ball park range may be settlement chesukovachu...

After reading everything I feel it is more ego than resolution issue.

Keep it simple and try attending it through consumer forum or any builder association you have, I prefer the former one.

Lawyer manam pettukuntae vadi dagara antha kanna ekkuva lawyer eay untaru its gona be on and on.

Moreover you paid money in black, govt/court would reverse question you saying why didn't you complain to us this in beginning, so mana side kooda mistake undhia kabati ... please be calm and rethink once again. 

India ethical system is still under water and I am unsure if it would ever come out. So try speaking to him in more calm way - kavali antae oka peg esi kurchopettu anna ani maatladu and get this sorted. 

Once court ki velthae u can't touch the property until its ruled out anni years sanka naki podhi thuppu patti.

be strong and rest leave to his destiny

 

the next option is if you have strong political or IPS power use it to fix him and get it sorted - but adhi kooda money pareyandhi workout avadhu
