When the rainy day comes (Recession or layoffs), usually there is a % ppl every team has to give. It becomes a tough decision for Desi Mgr and an easy one for Tella manager. "What have you done for me this year" seem to be the mantra for companies. I have heard it. Ddi not realize its this cut throat. I need to talk to more ppl from other companies On the flip side ppl took advantage of great recession leaving companies for better salaries. Also doing 2-3 jobs. Quote
