        Any suggestion for the brakepads & rotor replacement, go with wheel works or buy the item from outside and replace with some mobile mechanic or by some Makku. Also Please suggest best rotor and brakepads brand for Mazda cx9 and website to buy personally if we choose to buy self what are the best

it's really not that hard to do it yourself if you're handy and have a garage. It might be overwhelming but brakes is an easy job

Also, get a brake flush after replacing pads/rotors if you haven't done that in a while

Not sure, how to find the local mechanic to replace it in Texas?

try in yelp or craigslist, your mechanic.com or do google
