10 pc down means 540k loan @ 7% APR ... which is roughly 5000 EMI Per month + 2500 for utilities and home maintenance

so 7500 total gone in 8-9k. with no trips extras and luxuries or car EMI etc or home improvements etc

Yup , adhe chepthunna, plus 600k ki ravatle , costing high 600s.  2500 for utilities is too much , still 401k and insurance and all that are chesthe, deficit ee..

you missed the boat for a house on single salary. Big cities lo it's hard to own a 500k+ house unless both are working 

look far away from the city or tier 3 cities
