I have a 5000 Sft Lawn cover and I spend $70 per year. I mow my own lawn (1hr effort) every month for 6 months every year

in hand 9k vaste 3600 is your home EMI affordability..with 40% rule. Go for town home if needed for smaller places under 350-400k...Thats the reality
