We use octopus for CD pipeline, so na pipeline ki vunna okka server untag cheyi ani okka team chepthey , aa team lo unna tellodu server disable chesadu …he totally disabled server from octopus so other team impacted as they owned the server ..adhi escalate chesi meeting la meeting lu petti savakoduthunaru ..how u requested to disable ..arey nenu untag cheyi from my process annanu ante vinnadamledhu …. Eppudu Adhi high level poyi savakoduthunaru ..only good thing I sent an email to untag only from process ani vundhi…

most teams consider their resources like fiefdoms and shout out loud if you try to change anything that belongs to them… they make so much noise to also let everyone know that it is their territory and no one should touch it..

Finally okka 2 weeks ee issue discuss chesam.. kadhu cheyalisi vachindhi .. aa  devops team rules tight chesara ..prod changes vunte get approvals ani and naa nuchi vachina emails ki meeting petti ,discuss chesi and steps tesukondi ani ..lavada lodhi every email nannu point chesi we don’t want to face similar issue anta ….

 

they decided bec of my issue valla prod deployment testing delayed anta …. Lavada 9 server vunnayi okka server down ayithey test bokkapadindhi ani email chesaru..
