VJA-Guntur Colleges lo chadhivina (probably chadhuvuthunna) youth .. now they spread out across the World and have freedom to express their views on Internet platforms. This is one major reason.

Other reasons:

1. Vennupootu episode was fully hidden by Prime media led by Eenadu. Its being fully exploited now by Yesu Reddy media.

2. CBN himself, personally is too bad. Who ever spent time with him only term him as poisonous. Personality level he is hated by everyone.

3. CBNs nature of back-stabbing, stealing limelight, his unreliable and use&throw attitude distanced him from every one - neighbouring CMs and PMs.

4. Changing the colours time to time -- his treatment to Nandamuri Gang -- all observed by people.

5. Finally , TDP is a spent-force. Better for CBN to retire gracefully and die peacefully. Looks like he does not want it. He wants to die suffering like is FIL.

TDP was stronger in Telangana especially in Hyderabad than it was in Andhra or Rayalaseema. 

Voters in Hyderabad in areas like Malkajgiri, LB Nagar, Maheswaram, Vanasthalipuram, Dilsukhnagar, Secunderabad, Banjarahills, Kukatpally areas heavily leaned towards TDP until 2019. They even voted for "Kootami" & that's congress even managed to win those seats. These areas are mostly dominated by Reddy, Vysya, Brahmin & areas like Kukatpally Kammas. Don't attribute caste to your hatred. Accept that TDP is disliked because Chandrababu has gone mad after vote for note. There's a clear difference in Babu from 1995-2004 & 2014-19. If you still think it is caste hatred, then keep hating everyone who ever disagreed with you.
