Hi h4 ead pending lo undi. New job offer ochindi. Can we accept and work on receipt for extension?

Extension pending aithy you can work as per new rule if you fall under c 26  . First time EAD aithy you can’t .

if it is extension, yes you can start with the receipt and using old expired EAD card

Only if your i94 is still valid.
