Parents visiting to US before 6 months

Hi all,

 

My parents left to India in July. Can they visit again this year or do we need to wait for 6 months ? 

I heard they should be living here for only 6 months in a calendar year ? Do they enforce this at PoE ?

no, the rule is that they cant stay more than 6 months, they dont need to wait for 6 months to come back

They might get questions on why they are coming back so soon. Reason has to be something that the POE officer can believe and trust.

They will be questioned for sure. Friend's parents were grilled for 30 mins at JFK for the same reason and were only allowed to stay for 45 days, weird.
