Yeah probably she is loyal because she has seen it all. She's not like many of our ugly desi women who had boyfriends(s) in the past but behaves like pathivratha(not everyone, there are always exceptions) who not only look ugly but have all the dreams of Cindarella. Instead of marrying a desi girl who is headstrong & Ugly from Bharat matrimony, marrying a prostitute who stays loyal is a better choice. 
If she ever feels like cheating on your friend, she will at least be upfront about it & make alternative arrangements  like hooking your friend up with her friend just to even things out.
