He was big reason for Congress victory in state elections. Who does TPCC or TRS have like him? A leader who has strong hold over party cadre, very wealthy, goonda connection in his area, and has a MAJOR caste backing for him. Although they might not be good orators, they have these other qualities like DK Shi does. Quote
