Interview lo genuine profile ki weightage akkuva untundi kada. If genuine profile aythe, you will always have the upper hand over the fakes.

A few yrs back I was contractor at a client for more than 10 yrs. they wanted GC to convert full time.

Now working full time at a medium size company since 3 yrs.

patha client lo oka FTE position apply chesa as I got GC. it was with same team which I worked before for 10+ yrs. I know the manager as well. first round interview lo manchi ga maatladedu. asked what I have been doing in the 3 yrs since and what changes in technology they have made in the 3 yrs since I moved out.

2nd round kooda set cheyyaledhu. HR simply said they were looking for ppl who closely match with the tech skills needed for the job. the manager knew i know all the systems and capable enough of getting upto speed on the new techs they implemented but still they didnt consider me.

same ikkada - same team and company 15 yrs .. 1 yr back changed to witch, ippudu patha team mgr ki apply chesa.. hiring manager call tho cut, selected another candidate .. internal anta , tana ki no Tech background zerooooooo.
