Recently we had issue with property from SC/ST/ BC/ Muslim. we purchased from SC people, broker is ST, opposition lawyer is BC. We purchased property legally and everyone signed on registration document except elder brother. Elder brother came agreement with us to take 20 lakhs and he will never show towards our property.

Since land price increased, people who sold want property back and filed all sc/st attrocity case on us. They are filing every case on us. 
 

I’m going around courts , police station from 8 years still no justice. 
 

This is the main reason I’m telling honestly from experience do not buy lands from SC/ST/BC/ Muslim and don’t even rent them. This is told by police officers/ judges and senior advocates.

I’m telling backward caste people are vankara buddhi fellows, don’t do business with them

Bro - no one is saying sc/st are saints. But doesnt matter whether they are saint or sinner - caste must go. In the end it benefits us only.
