Margadarsi mida customers nunchi complaints vachinattu ledu.. if there are complaints, then people don’t invest and they try to withdraw everything and they have to shut the shop.. so many chit fund companies closed shop after getting complaints and losing people’s trust.. 

my parents invested in margadarsi chits (and sriram chits too) for a couple of decades starting when I was a small kid.. we never invested the chit amount in margadarsi finance.. withdraw chesetapudu oka option isthaaru, just like a bank trying to make you invest in their new product.. my uncle invested with the finance few times and never had any issues.. 

the issue with margadarsi is whether they are legally allowed to raise money from people, given the way they are registered..

okasari Ramoji Rao/ Margadarshi chit fund case ani search cheyu….you will see hundreds of cases filed and thousands of complaints filed. There is legal repository website which I don’t recollect but andulo hundreds of cases registered…many a times small chits vese vallu and they don’t usually file a complaint.

Just because you and your family invested, doesn’t mean Ramoji does business legitimately. Before Sahara went burst, they did business very well and only when it went burst, they found that it was just fraud and ponzi. Sahara once was India’s largest private employer but whose business was built on the concept of ponzu scheme, small investors did not know whom to complain and how to recover and all this money was diverted to corporate investments.
