when such day arrived, be brave and find opportunities.

prepare yourselves to be brave enough to go back to homeland, this is not the end of the world and should not treat it as one

there will be several layoffs in life, be prepared to deal with such situations, dont fack up your health by overthinking

Dont worry man its unfortunate but there is always new thing waiting.

Once i had my contract end on Friday. They just made a phone call and said today is last day and you are out. It took more than a day to process what happened. But these incidents made me strong amd now i dont care for any job. One greatest learning i got is never be loyal to any corporate and work like a slave. Always spend time for ur family. Ultimately u are a number in their system no matter how hard u work.

immediately apply for "compelling situation" EAD ... u will get for 1 year ... u can join jobs on 1099 then later convert to H!B ....

1. wife studying in university

2. Kid needs care, if kid is citizen it is more compelling ...

project elgola pattochu first your status should be priority find an employer who can  transfer h1b that your status stays intact with internal project etc..that is hard part in ur case market is very dull for h1b ppl

Try this one (iconma) ..my friend has been working with them for 12 yrs I think at BCN ..pedda great company em kadu but just average pay bandi laginche type ..h1b also renewed every year due to bcn gives out contract only 1 yr.. try your luck with them
