Exactly. Once banks start to do risk analysis and limit mortgages to 3x gross income like until 2016 things will start to come down. They will go down garadually

It is if you don’t pay extra principal towards loan every month/year. Desi pillakayals have lots of money. If one pay 10k money towards principal it’s like you have 3-4% interest rate for todays 7% interest rates.
