Simple reduce rice quantities...start your lunch or dinner like 2 portions of vegetables 1 portion protein 1/2 portion carbs...

avoid or reduce alcohol intake

avoid deep fried foods .. also potato chips kind of stuff

exercise regularly .. recommendation is 30mins of fast walk 5-days a week .. do some weights like 2-3 days a week

This year I exercised regularly and did intermittent fasting and my triglycerides came as 90.

exercise more , don't sit or lay down after eating , simple. I had high triglycerides , brought it down in 2 months

roju 2 times dum biryani, morning and night 2 pegs, 12+ hours sleep, WFH cheyi for next 2 yrs.

Check diabetic test a1c or ahc something..just 40 dollars in labcorp and give a test..no prescription required and no insurance required. Usually if pancreas doesn't process all your food within 2 hours then that converts into fat triglycerides

Cutdown or reduce alcohol and sugar. Huge difference. If possible reduce carbs and add exercise. 

For those who want to increase your HDL, start taking Psyllium Husk. Good for health and increases HDL.

work cheyali…two little kids unnaru…kabatti sleep timings disturb ayithunnay..I will walk more now…

if you said yes, doctor will know how to interpret or will ask to go again
