What are the next baby steps? 

What is Yesu's plan? Looks like once Chamba is out on Health grounds, it will be very difficult for Yesu to send him into the Jail Chambers.

So what I believe going to happen is: Yesu will still secure arrest warrants against Chamba, which all of them will not result in his custody but can only get him CONDITIONAL bail..

And the conditions of the bail for Chamba, as per my knowledge will be:

1. Go every day and sign in Police Station either in AP or TG.

2. Cannot hold public meetings or public appearances

3. Cannot meet too many people inside his residence.

4. Cannot move easily through out the state.

5. Cannot make any political statements

Of course until, Election Code comes into the picture, which is just 45 days before the next election date.

So, Chamba and Yellow Media:

1. Cannot claim innocence

2. Cannot accuse Yesu of witch hunting.

3. Cannot use Nippu-Pappu sentiments

 

And after elections, TDP will be wiped out.

CBN out on bail itself is the start of the end. Unless he has blessings of other political heavy weights, He will be restricted from making any major political gains. 
 

Jaggadiki kuda same situation, just that adi mida pettindi quid pro CBI cases which are under central jurisdiction. 2014 tarvata effect minimal kabatti bratikipoinadu and most importantly, chargesheet has been filed in Jagan’s cases so dani verdict vache varaku peddaga ayedi emi ledu…

Where as CBN’s cases, jaggadi chetilo vundi and chargesheet file aye varaku CID will have upper hand at everything as CBN is out in interim bail now and bail later…verdict elago raadu but the constant fear of someone turning approver, okka maata ekuva matladithe CID will come knocking at the door, etc. Plus Big ticket jumpings from TDP to YCP, engineering defections, etc lantivi elections mundu vuntayi, every attempt will be done to weaken TDP at its core strength which is financial strength.

1) actual bail in high court will be coming out soon

2) squash petition judgement will solve all the cases and save ap people tax money

 

3) bail in supreme court

until then ee health grounds ne extend chestaru..

 

until now its gov lawyers delaying the process.. now it will be cbn lawyers turn to delay
