Hello all,

Need info on dcfsa. Spouse not working. Single kid almost 2 yrs.

Employer daggara dcfsa teesukunte any benefits other than saving tax.

Aa funds preschool or daycare fees use chesukoni reimburse chesukovacha?

I'm using FSA (Dependent care) $5000 for my son's daycare

and yes you can reimburse those funds

I think your spouse should be working for you to be eligible for dcfsa

Spouse job ki not related… Nuvvu kid ni day care ki pampiste aa funds use avuthayu lekapote assam… choose wisely 

if you are not planning to send kid to any day care and you won’t be using tha my money

Are you paying any fee for pre school ? Is yes the use those receipts to claim FSA

Ok, Preschool ki pampalani planning. So anduke plan chestunna. funds utilize avutunda leda ani. 

To be eligible, spouse kuda work cheyali ani google lo ekkado chusa.  But not sure, so asking here if anyone used.

yearly limit untundi my comp provides $5000 towards Dependent care. At the EOY I will submit all the bills and will claim the $5k amount which is tax free. anthey and spouse working not working doesn't matter.

If you're married, your spouse must be employed, disabled or a full-time student for you to use the Dependent Care FSA.

I claimed it in 2021,2022 and will claim in 2023 and my wife didn't work all these years

That is non compliant. You are better off talking to a tax rep and file an amendment for peace of mind.
