Nope insider news is Jagan's plan. CBN already have ton of cases, but they were waiting to indict in non bailable ones.

Idedo coping mechanism laga undi. AP govt filed an emergency petition requesting the judge to impose additional conditions on CBN such as no public speeches. Today hearing ayindi where AP prosecutor started arguing with judge but it got postponed to 3rd. Also, the judge found that there were two copies filed on same day by the govt doctor - one certifying he needs cataract surgery immediately and another report in the evening by the same doctor suggesting that cataract is in initial stages and it is not an emergency. The judge found this contradictory.
