Indian cricket changed alot in ganguly captaincy it reduced sanchins dependency he is one of the greaat player 

after 2001 Australia series all players are important so many new and talented players joined in team

Until 2000 tendulkar was good and one man army after that things changed a lot tendulkar faded out once in while blip kind ofninnings..even today ganguly was most stylish player and dravid ever reliable and vvs deserves much more than what he got vs sachin and ganguly..I m talking abt dropping vvs for 2003 wordlcup ..

This series esp semifinal and finals still give me goosebumps. Sachin in God Mode. He is Legend hands down. Every cricketer  in cricket says that who are you/we to say no.

As players age, their reflexes slow down.. they cannot perform as well as they did when they were in their prime.. dhoni, Sehwag, Ganguly, Dravid etc all went through this.. even Ricky ponting and kallis too… you cannot compare a player who was at the fag end of his career to himself when he was  this prime..

Tendulkar was a legend. May be in the end he was looking for some records, but before that he was a team player. There was a time when he was whole India's batting. When he succeded others in team also scored. If he fell for low score, others folded too. 

Not a leader or a strategist and have'nt won big games. I respect him for his contributions.

Personally, I will take MS Dhoni any day. What really matters in end results and his contributions resulted in a lot of wins and trophys for India. He also brought aggressiveness with a calm mentality and changed Indian cricket for good.

they dont know what they talk about and no common sense. so when ever you see paytm lks like TS just bang them for good.

completely agree. There is always a debate on Sachin Vs Ganguly in our group and I am Team Ganguly.

there is no comparison to sachin and rest. sachin debut 1989 and you know about rest. no point of discussion.

Agree he is a great batsman. Probably greatest ever (GOAT), but I still like Ganguly and MS Dhoni for the impact to games end results.

liking a player is your choice bhayya. no argument  about it. but we cannot simply compare them anedi na point. even i like them both.

I don't think he is as selfish as other humans..  agree that century daggara slow down ayyevadu..   there are at least half a dozen legendary cricketers who are too selfish and didn't even achieved 10% of what achieved and contributed to the game.

His selfishness is nothing when compared to what he contributed to the nation.
