Slum dwellers are just spending that money on liquor. If they work and make money beyond a limit, they lose the benefits so why even bother to work. And fuck rest of the classes right? Middle class ki rod. Upper classes aside from ruling MLAs/extended families feel disgust. Worst progress ever.

The so called middle class upper middle class have enjoyed and exploited the ppl who never had exposure to additional disposable income.
