h4 ead card recieved - now Rfe

h4 ead first rfe ochindi. to submit new photos.

done and card is approved.

card received. they used the latest pics.

now after a week or so, received and rfe on the same application above.

employer dagara who takes care of h1s and these is saying this could be error.

 

did someone face this, anything to worry. my wife has joining date next week

as long as you have EAD card, you are good to go

second rfe also about photos  Just ignore it. if something else have attorney look at it or drop an email to uscis amy chat
