Interest rates going down and interest rates going down after a hiking cycle are 2 totally different scenarios. Prices should drop due to more supply. Quote

There are many old people waiting to downsize. With lower interest rates, builders get access to easy money and finish more houses. There may be more job losses in the interim. Investors might bail. There might be other factors that we don't know. Quote
