No idea about suryapet bro… but my two uncles work in TG districts.. I have lot of family members living in TG.. they go back and forth between AP and TG.. this is their feedback.. 

may be the worst conditions in AP in contrast is amplifying the normal conditions in TG..

Both TG and AP are borrowing money.. AP is spending that money on social welfare schemes.. TG is spending on improving the infrastructure and providing basic amenities.. dalita bandhu is the only tuglaq scheme that they started.. 

People from both states are very well connected.. of course we will compare

Agree.. KTR kuda ade annadu.. but there is no way to identify a farmer from an owner.. there must be some kind of registration for identifying farmers from land owners..
