60$ c2c ante sahasame...... 20% employer ki poina..... 48 ostadi candidate ki... Also I guess the experience needed it close to 8 years.

That is not the only reason.... it does contribute though... supply/demand. But as far as I know - client 100 iste c2c 60 untadi or 70 max. So client baagane istadu....... e middle men eat a lot just like any other field.

Mandi eykkuvaithe majjiga palachana avuthunnatlu , if someone is ready to work for 20-30$ why would anyone want to hire for 100$ chepu. Irrespective of who pocketing more - client or vendor. The main root cause of lower billing can be attributed to abounding inflow of cheap tech labor.

Correct kaani….. from end client perspective they pay a lot ….. so you don’t get to complain. Client ki doesn’t matter how much you are getting in hand ani.
