life has to move on ... enni badhalu unna  pani cheskuntu podame ... initially hard ga untadi, time will make you fall to routine ... dont stall any routine works ... keep doing your routine ... or watch something that changes your mood atleasst for few minutes and that rejuvenates to do other chores
