I like the film genre but something is off with this movie. Started well but it went haywire in all directions in the second half. Some characters are pointless and don’t add any value 

I know there’s no storyline but some scenes are idiotic

Well, he is the only known face amongst the cast and crew barring Brahmanandam. Also, the promotions are all low cost/no cost. Looks like he has a good understanding of marketing. I don't think he's a narc.

given how natural he's at acting in certain roles, I'd suspect some level of narcissism.

I think the best way for small budget movies to attract audience is to have some scene go viral on social media.

I've been hearing about this movie for more than an year now. and built up my expectations sky high, until I saw the trailer and checked out.

anyway they'll recoup the money with other distribution deals, because a lot of people want to watch Tarun's movies, just not in theatres may be.

even a mediocre movie by TB will be better than 99% of Telugu movies anyway.

I'm a huge fan of tarun bhasckar as a director and writer. 

Heck he also cuts trailers 😁 he made even mediocre movies trailer look great. Of course the movie is flop....
