I think mostly in our brains. I know you want an answer to your question which I have no idea.

But most of us struggle with issues in our mind. Constant fights between right/wrong, etc.

My guess is Kurnool. We know some of those people (both leaders and followers) in my childhood. Fascinating to listen to their stories and how they miss their family life. I remember someone telling its been >10 yrs since he visited the other half of town. 

Over a period of time, IT may have reduced and not to the extent it was before.
