Real estate is a bubble , no city in India deserves that pricing given their infrastructure

Then only option is buying some commercial properties with good rental potential. 

Regular rental income, safe investment plus property value appreciation

India lo election time kada..usual ga real estate will be slower during this time. TG lo mainly Hyd and surroundings lo it all depends on election result. If BRS looses then real estate will fall drastically....if they regain again, then either market will inflate or continue to grow like before. So investing now is a right time IMO.

AP lo kuda same....YCP form chesthe, it will be as is...like how it is right now. If TDP/JSP forms, then yes, real estate will boom instantly and Hyd lo koncham effect undochu initially.

So think of all possibilities and then invest. Dont be in a rush....usual ee time lo due to loss of family member, emotionally strong ga undamu and we commit mistakes....so do due diligence before investing in real estate.

lend money in smaller amounts....like 1-2 lakhs per account. pakadbandi channel create chesi paisal mithi ki tippandi...with in the family and known sources lo in smaller amounts not crossing 1-2 lakhs...
