H1B life very unstable in USA

Recession time lo H1B life very unstable. With in a month intha change and risk avtundi anukoledu.

Job poi 1 month avtundi. Not even one call came relocate avta anna. ETL market worst undi anukunta.

Consultancies kuda h1b transfer without job cheyam antunnaru. I think naku vere option ledu go back to India in few weeks.

Wife H4 meda doing masters. we have kid. What are my options? please suggest.

Wife ni F1 ki COS petti, kid ni teskoni India vellala or all pack cheskoni India vellala?

Can't even think of my situation if I had bought a new home. . 

Companies laying off are not recruiting cause AI in full swing to replace IT jobs. Be careful and look for backups vayyas.

Informatica SSIS days are over for new jobs, unless someone leaves the company and need to do a backfill.

companies moving to cloud for processing data n analytics

its just 1 migration

cloud maintaining tools n everything

no need of etl unless there is migration

mostly now analytics is the show for which all pilla batch r ready to work

tough ties a head 

even developers ki kooda nothing much as there r so many to work for less $

AI made coding jobs, devops jobs easy. koncham touch unna jr engineers can do senior level coding now with the help of chatgpt and other AI bots. 

Just AI code mottam handle chesela inka ready kaledu. adi vaste US h1bs will be in big trouble. And time is ticking in my opinion.

Please make decisions based on what your r capable of! Don’t make decisions which are tied to h1b like buying house etc., and later cry when h1b job is lost
