H1B life very unstable in USA

technology is evolving very fast now-a-days .. ifone wants to stay relevant in this IT world .. they need to stay up to date .. by changing the jobs frequently and learning new stuff all the time .. i know its not easy .. but that will be the way forward

yes. Anyone getting comfortable with current easy job are getting obsolete pretty quickly behind scenes. Layoff ayyi bayataki vaste kani teliyatla how hard the situation is ani.

Job applying and taking calls/video interview is same whether in India or US.  For family ppl ikkada without job, the expenses are crazy here. India lo house unte atleast expenses will be less but then school going kids unte even that is not possible. Middle of school year lo you just cant pack up and leave for india. 

No right answer and will totally depend on individual situations.

Mestris are saying new opts are doing shitty things in jobs that clients are very careful with hiring and very skeptical about wfh.
