I attended the Databricks Summit last year and sat through a session in which Aishwarya Srinivasan talked about gender stuff and roles in data + AI. Based on discussions I had with people who were present, I learned an interesting account of how she obtained an EB1A.

She is a pure PR person and everything is a PR surrounding her including her personal life. In Bay area, the narrative surrounding her is seen by most of ppl as being built on untruths.

Aishwarya Srinivasan, Siman Shetty and few others are currently selling EB1A sessions for $1000, don't fall for these folks. All these folks are making money with content, video views, EB1A sessions etc.
