13 years of job life

sent 6.2 cr to India until now. Total net worth ~ 12 cr with the appreciation of assets prurchased. Renting a townhouse here. waiting for layoff to go back 🙂 . I never thought I would reach this position in my life. Came to US with -ve balance (student loan) and with financial discipline , luck and little hardwork was able to achieve this feat. I know eppudu vache current generation ki it's not easy to get a job and sustain in long run but give ur best anthakanna em cheyyalem.

residential real estate (4 apartments, 1 individual house) - 5-5.5 c

plots- 1 acre in ap, 1 acre in telangana, 1 plot in telangana - 1.75-2c

 

Also one good thing. since I finished 10 years of job life here I am eligible for ssn money at 62. rightnow amount it's showing is 2340 at 62, 2900 at 65 and 3500 at 70 . I am planning for taking from 62 if I live that long.
