I think Remote will continue to be the trend for smaller companies that does not want to spend on real estate and office infrastructure. 

But I also think there will be lots of tools in place to verify/validate employee engagement i.e. How much they are working.

i think Hybrid work culture will be the way forward .. atleast once or twice a week rammantaru to office .. which already started by various clients ..

contracting ki aithe ..pakka antunnaru 1 or  2 days a week to office for sure ani most of the clients

when the competitors of your company do better in the future , it puts pressure on company, things might change.. or any other similar reason

those companies which want to save on real estate will also want to save on payroll and end up paying less to employees, growth will be limited in most cases
