He was/is a pure vegetarian to the best of my knowledge. I remember seeing a few of his interviews recently with Roshan and the other guys where he specifically said the secret of his happiness is having veg food, sleep and having no regrets. And moreover he is SPB/K Viswanath's brother(cousin?). They both were Panditharadhyulu.. meaning lingadharulu.. very strict about vegetarian food anukunta..

Yes, SPB, K Viswanath & ChandraMohan are related....All 3 are very rich.....!

Chandramohan used to eat Non-Veg. B's a lot of them eat Non-Veg...not everyone is a practising priest...Nothing wrong!

Ade kada...! Genes also one of the things the play keyrole....SP Balasubramaniam is related to Chandramohan..he might be a legendary singer but he became so fat despite being vegetarian. People say he had sweeth tooth!
