it's what happens when the suspect and the cop both have ADHD.

chases like this are not allowed in the US at all in the interest of public safety and there are limits when the cops should give up and let go. It is USA for a reason!

I don't care about the chase. I ride my bike (non-motored, non-gear) exactly like this

I care about how gorgeous the city is.

A small no name town in Brazil has better infrastructure than all big cities of india 

I am pretty sure Hyderabad doesn't have footpaths and drainage facilities for narrow roads
