it's the guy's fault who should have waited until the traffic cleared before trying to turn. But forget about whose fault it is.

insurance won't even cover the damages until their deductibles are met which will be more than the cost of repairs for the scratches. And just imagine going around the bodyshops to get the repairs done...

They didn't use commonsense or defensive driving - just mindless road rage.
