These days clients ki kooda offshore teams ye nacchuthunnayi..seap lo ayipothundhi work ani and high level mgmt kooda vallani full focus lo peduthunru..vellaki cut vasthundhi ani..win win for all of them..

bokka paduthundhi eeda unna tech resources ke ..entha sesina recognization undadhu..job untundhi long term lo anna gurarentee undadhu… unless you grow up in the ladder and be part of the system
