basically valla billing rate $150-$200/hr charge chesutnnaru, they easily fix 4-5 houses or more on a given day 

obvious kada, not many opting those jobs so demand high supply low

You might not have noticed this but this has been happening since 2008 Financial crunch in all developed nations and thats why big business owners in all developed countries are favouring low-skilled/skilled manual labour immigrants from poor countries who demand low pay

Yes its true, having a friend with similar mindset helps even more as it is easy to get things done also saves money for both, this what I do for smaller projects
